Honeywell Is Said to Cut Price for Johnson Matthey’s Catalyst

Honeywell International Inc. secured an agreement to cut the price of its acquisition of Johnson Matthey Plc’s Catalyst Technologies to salvage the deal, people familiar with the matter said.
