Australia Will Allow Hanwha to Raise Its Austal Stake to 19.9%

Australia will allow South Korea’s top defense firm Hanwha Aerospace to increase its stake in shipbuilder Austal Ltd. to 19.9%, Treasurer Jim Chalmers said after agreeing to a recommendation from the Foreign Investment Review Board.
